Privacy
Wodger Studio is part of Quockerwodger Media. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or use our onboarding form, and how we use it.
What we collect
If you use the get started form, you choose what to enter (for example your name, project details, and email). Your submission is sent to our server and relayed by email to us through Mailgun (our email delivery provider). We do not use it for anything other than responding to your enquiry. If sending through the site fails, the form may fall back to opening a draft in your own email app instead.
While you are filling in the form, your browser may save an in-progress copy of your answers in session storage so you do not lose them if you refresh the page or navigate away accidentally. That copy stays on your device, is tied to your browser session (it is typically cleared when you close the tab or window), and is removed when you successfully submit the form. It is not sent to our servers until you submit.
If you email us directly or reply to us, we keep what you send as part of normal correspondence so we can respond and work with you.
Why we use it
We use contact and project details only to discuss your site, prepare quotes, deliver work, and support hosting or handoff as agreed.
Retention
Email and project-related messages are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business records. The onboarding form itself does not keep a separate database of your answers on our site; the brief arrives in our inbox like a normal email. In-progress drafts saved in session storage in your browser are not part of our server-side records. If you want copies or deletion of what we hold, contact us at hello@quockerwodger.ca or wodgerstudio@quockerwodger.ca.
Hosting and analytics
Our site may be served through standard web hosting or a CDN; those providers may process technical data (such as IP address and request logs) under their own terms. If we add analytics, we will describe it here and keep it proportionate and privacy-conscious, in line with what we say on our main pages.
